Job description

Are you interested in being part of a global team where you are responsible for Talent Acquisition globally? In this role, you are responsible for strategy, infrastructure and creating global standards for how the hiring process and experience would look like and implementing a high-quality process that is consistent everywhere we operate! This role is a 6-month maternity cover.




Vacancy Description:

• Design & develop TA infrastructure, processes per pipeline and increase efficiency and standardization within Global TA to ensure seamless recruitment, workforce planning strategy and a proactive approach to filling roles

• Implement Global TA strategy keeping in view developments of internal and external trends, insights and business strategy

• Lead global programs – develop, roll-out and implement across the organisation and increase the overall maturity of the TA organisation globally

• Take ownership of global recruitment standards and ensure consistency and operational excellence across 4 TA regional hubs

• Capability and community building for the regional TA teams/partners and ensuring one way of working to ensure the best candidate/employee experience

• Optimize and innovate digital recruitment, AI in TA and measure & improve TA performance/KPI’s to assess effectiveness of recruitment process/strategies

• Tracking and measuring Employee Experience and turning insights into action

• Close collaboration with Regional TA teams, EB, Digital HR and People Analytics, Talent Intelligence Hub, Talent Management, Reward and the business



What We Ask:

• > 12 years working experience in the field of Talent Acquisition

• Conceptual capability to develop strategies, innovate processes and strive for continuous improvement

• Analytical skills to understand root-cause of problems and focus on pragmatic problem solving and decision-making

• Knows how to influence others and demonstrate leadership to ensure smooth implementation of new ways of working, standardized processes and recruitment initiatives

• Familiar with recruitment technologies (ATS, assessments, tools etc.) and how to leverage technology and analytics to drive recruitment optimization

• Experience working in a global recruitment organisation and recruiting across multiple countries and diverse talent segments

• Passionate about maintaining high standards, building Talent Acquisition capability, process and creating a seamless candidate/employee experience
