Our Contracting Center of Excellence operates within a larger Global Center of Excellence organization, dedicated to establishing and maintaining best practices in contract management. As part of this, the Contract Lifecycle Manager oversees day-to-day contracting operations for procurement teams, focusing on process improvement, workflow optimization, and legal compliance. They collaborate closely with stakeholders such as legal, process excellence, and procurement, ensuring contracts meet established standards. The role involves reviewing contracts for accuracy and completeness, implementing quality assurance measures, and continuously improving processes based on feedback and industry developments.

About the Job:

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle process, from creation to termination.

• Supervise the Contract Specialist team and delegate tasks accordingly.

• Serve as the point of contact for escalated topics.

• Support and train buyers on the contracting process and tools used.

• Coordinate contract approval processes, obtaining necessary signatures.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and executive leadership.

• Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, and related documents.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the contract management lifecycle.

Functie-eisen

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role in an international environment.

• Understanding of legal and regulatory compliance.

• Familiarity with legal processes.

• Proficiency in contract management tools and software (Zycus preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi).
