Freelance Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (ZZP)
Main Job Purpose
The FP&;A Analyst is a key position in the Global UFS Finance team. The FP&A team consists out of 3 people and plays a key role in Food Solutions Global Performance Management. The FP&;A Analyst has full P&L responsibility, including performance analyses using the latest technologies for of 26 FS MCO’s around the Globe. He/she also has a key role in preparing management information for the UFS Leadership team and Finance team, leading the results process (actuals) as well as the set-up and control of the Global Budgets. The FP&A Analyst reports directly into the FP&A Manager for Food Solutions.

Core Responsibilities
The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for:
Responsible for UFS monthly end closing.
Monthly budget management for global teams (CD, Marketing, HR, R&D).
Prepare key financial & strategic insights to UFSLT, FLT and Finance business partners across all MCO’s.
Drive automation and further optimization of all FP&A processes.
Experience Required
Academic degree in Business Administration / Economics.
Minimum 1 year of full P&L experience. Candidate should be able to identify and act on risks & opportunities with potential top/bottom line impact for the business.
Excellent analytical and communication skills (in English), with ability to deliver concise information to any senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
Proactive and hands-on mentality. Strong focus on driving value, impact and continuous improvement.
Strong team collaboration mindset (cross-cultural experience).
Experience in other FP&A roles, or experience with analytical projects and financial modelling is preferred.
