Freelance Financial Controller (ZZP)
Preparing and organizing all activities related to the two upcoming internal audits (audit of the Weir group and PWC audit) and supporting the Finance department with backlog activities.
Preparing and organizing audit
• First point of contact for the audit teams.
• Collecting the requested information from the internal stakeholders.
• Providing auditors with the requested information.
• Monitoring that the requested information is delivered on time.
• Assisting and teaching Finance team how to execute internal audits in the future.
• Fulfilling self-evaluation audit quarterly checklist and scorecards.
Supporting and analyzing
• Supporting on the BUA Calculation.
• Reviewing and approving receivables balance accounts.
• Analysing aging, performing clean-up for these accounts.
• Performing account reconciliations in Blackline
• Working on activities for compliance scorecard HY2.
• Assisting on statutory accounts for 2021 and 2022.
• Assisting the Finance department with other occurring activities.
Communication:
Communicate with the internal auditors from Weir Group and from PWC.
Exchange the information with the team.
Provide and request necessary data.
Align and motivate all parties on achieving activities on the assigned deadline.
Inform the Head of Finance on progress of the activities.
Authorities:
Organize and coordinate activities of the internal audits.
Schedule own tasks and responsibilities within stated priorities.
Taking the necessary actions to ensure that the correct information is delivered to the auditors.
Responsibilities:
Complying with the administrative rules and procedures.
Deliver correct and on time information to all parties.
Requirements:
Completed education in Finance, minimum Bachelor’s degree
Experience and knowledge of SAP
- Working in the office 4 days a week, 1 day at home negotiable
- Preferably living within 1 hour's travel distance from Venlo
