Freelance Event Process Specialist (ZZP)

Yacht Life Sciences has a vacancy for an Event Process Specialist to work for Johnson & Johnson (Breda, The Netherlands).We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Event Process Office in the Netherlands, Breda. As an Event Process Specialist, you will be responsible for the flawless coordination of various activities, such as events for healthcare professionals, organizations, and patient groups, as well as sponsorships. Functioning as a Healthcare Compliance gatekeeper, you will play a crucial role in partnering with internal and external business partners throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional quality and transparency.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect feedback, provide insights, and continuously improve event processes.

• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and internal policies to ensure adherence throughout event execution.

• Drive innovation and efficiency in event management through creative problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent qualifications.

• Minimum of 2 years related experience. 

• Excellent project management skills with a strong ability to plan and organize effectively.

• Proven experience in stakeholder and vendor management.

• Demonstrating pro-activity, ownership, collaboration, flexibility, and agility.

• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards in the Dutch pharmaceutical market is a plus

• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
