Freelance Event Process Specialist (ZZP)

We have a vacancy for an Event Process Specialist  to work at Johnson & Johnson in Breda.

The Event Process Specialist acts as event coordinator for all types of events which include a Transfer of Value against HCPs, HCOs, Patient Organizations and/or other healthcare stakeholders. The coordinator role requires an intensive partnering with internal and external business partners during all event phases: from event creation to event execution and to post-event follow-up activities.In order to act as an event coordinator, the Event Process Specialist has a good knowledge of applicable rules and regulations concerning HCBI, Mdeon/CGR/EFPIA, Disclosure, Tax, Finance and Procurement. The Event Process Specialist acts as a subject matter expert and advises internal stakeholders about the actual regulations and applies them during execution. The Event Process Specialist ensures all processes and procedures are strictly followed and correct systems are used; resulting in compliance, quality and transparency. 

Must Haves:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualifications.

• Minimum of 2 years related experience. 

• Excellent project management, planning and organizational skills. 

• Knowledge and application of laws, regulations and industry standards of the Benelux pharmaceutical market.

• Knowledge and application of internal policies and frameworks. 

• Knowledge of the Dutch, English and/or French language, written as well as spoken.
