Freelance E-Commerce BI & Data Analyst (ZZP)
- Data Collection and Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources such as sales, customer behavior, website traffic, and marketing campaigns to ensure data accuracy and consistency. 
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the E-Commerce team. 
- Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visual dashboards to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. 
These activities collectively help an E-Commerce team leverage data to optimize their strategies, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.
Relevant knowledge skills & competences:
- Analytical Experience: - Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within an eCommerce or retail environment. 
 
- Technical Skills: - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as PowerBI and Excel, but also Google Analytics. 
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau. 
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques. 
 
- Domain Knowledge: - Understanding of eCommerce metrics, customer behavior analysis, and digital marketing analytics. 
 
- Communication and Reporting: - Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through reports and visualizations. 
- Experience in creating dashboards and presenting findings to various levels of the organization. 
 
- Project Management: - Experience in managing data projects, including gathering requirements, setting timelines, and delivering results.
