These positions are expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions, in a self-managed and target oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results.
Positions focusing on analyzing, developing, testing or implementing processes, technologies and systems in their specific field of expertise, from first principles. Targets are short to medium term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored. They may provide functional advice to and integrate services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues.
Typically these functions review to 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in their field of work and qualification.

EXTRA INFORMATION:
Focus: Setting up a document management program from scratch and defining all workflows.
Compliance: Must use the specific tool mandated by ProRail.
Sole Contributor: There are no other document controllers in the team; this person will lead the function.
Logistics & Environment
Location: Zoetermeer (Hybrid-friendly).
Language: The internal team is international (including German colleagues), but fluent Dutch is mandatory for client communication and all official documentation.
Workload: Expected to be more intensive during the startup phase. The manager prefers candidates who can work "complete days" rather than partial hours.
The Team:
Scale: Total team of 15–20 people across various functions.
Local Office: Typically 4–5 people present in the Zoetermeer office.
Hiring Process:
Format: 1–2 rounds of interviews, depending on the candidate's seniority and whether they are applying for one or both roles.
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years or Master Entry
Experience working on projects and setting up and coordinating document management;
Knowledge of VISI, ProRail's communication platform;
Fluent Dutch
Team player;
Good communication skills;
Ability to work independently;
Developing a template for project documentation;
Monitoring the timely delivery of documents and obtaining internal and external review feedback;
Sending documents and receiving external review feedback via VISI. (VISI is a ProRail tool)
