Freelance Digital Asset Management Chief Product Owner (ZZP)
Job Description:
The Agile release train (ART) Digital Asset Management (DAM) is a train of approximately 20 full-time employees. DAM is creating a single-source of truth for all asset information, thus enabling configuration validation and predictive maintenance. This will allow ASML to work better, innovate faster, and reduce costs. As Chief Product Owner (CPO), you will be focused on maximizing value creation for ASML by the ART. The CPO is the visionary who is crafting and guarding the ART roadmap and the bigger vision that will guide the Train's journey. You work hand in hand with the leading coalition, architects, other trains, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure this vision aligns with the larger improvement initiatives, and business targets of the company.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Role and responsibilities
· Craft and guard the ART Vision, 6-Q roadmap, and ART Backlog
· Work with internal and external stakeholders e.g. architects, other trains, product owners, product team and other relevant business stakeholders
· Aligns, hones, and prioritizes the ART backlog with relevant stakeholders, to ensure it fits perfectly with product roadmaps and integration plans
· Stay aligned with stakeholders, resolving conflicts and reprioritizing requirements with
· business product teams, project leaders and product owners when necessary
· Communicating the value the ART brings to the table to stakeholders
· Facilitates ART Flow2Ready and Sync meetings to discuss progress.
· Empowers product owners to excel in their roles and provides support and guidance as needed
· Decides if a feature is ready to go out into the world based on whether it meets the agreed upon acceptance criteria and Definition of Done
· Works closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and System Architect in the ART’s leading coalition, to keep a close eye on the overall progress and performance
· Actively participates and contributes to collective knowledge and practice of the CPO community
· Helps to predict and shape required future competencies in the ART
· Presents the product vision and the value delivered in relevant ART rituals (e.g. System demonstrations and PI Planning Events)
· Is an active member in the relevant Product Teams, reports out on progress (on behalf ofthe ART), addresses risks and issues promptly
