Freelance DevOps Engineer Roaming & Fraud (ZZP)

You participate in on call duty. You are able to take on the coordination of, and ensure cooperation and support in the solution process; You are able to maintain an overview of the quality of our services through insight into tickets and metrics.

You are open to other points of view and you remain in continuous dialogue about the shared goals with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

You are able to share knowledge within and outside your team. You enjoy transferring knowledge to your colleagues and coach them to get better;

You can handle multiple processes at the same time and you can easily switch between activities; You understand the interests of stakeholders in the service provision; You are a point of contact for those who work in developed technical environments and services, systems, infrastructures or networks that are part of this. You maintain good contacts with partners, managers and specialists;

You are aware of the impact that security incidents can have. You study the guidelines on security and related risks and act on the advice provided to prevent security problems;

• Good communication skills and knowledge of the Dutch and English language (English is the common language in the Roaming & Fraud team);

• Perform on-call duty 24/7 On-call duty is on schedule based);

• Knowledge of protocols (SS7, Diameter, SIP, INAP, IP)

• Experience with monitoring systems (Tekelec, Radcom, Datamon)

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix

• Knowledge of Huawei/Ericsson platforms (MME, MSC, MSTP, DRA)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of creating dashboards (Kibana)

• Knowledge of Roaming Reporter

• Knowledge of Sigos

• Knowledge about the specific Roaming & Fraud related platforms (steering, RTI, RDL, VHE etc)
