Freelance Cybersecurity & Compliance Analyst (ZZP)

About the Job:

• Work closely with technical and functional teams, legal teams, and global cybersecurity experts.

• Develop, advise, implement, and support cybersecurity and compliance processes.

• Drive awareness programs for seamless adoption of cybersecurity solutions and user behavior.

• Manage daily cybersecurity operations, internal/external audits, and crisis management.

• Stay updated on external cybersecurity developments and translate them into opportunities for Danone.

Your Mission:

• Become the recognized expert in IT & Data Cybersecurity and Compliance in the Benelux region.

• Ensure operational cybersecurity and compliance in the Benelux.

• Drive continuous improvements in cybersecurity and compliance.

• Lead and participate in user awareness programs.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily cybersecurity and compliance operations.

• Manage internal and external audits.

• Stay updated on cybersecurity strategy, guidelines, and tools.

• Be the main contact for cybersecurity incidents and audits.

• Contribute to the operational crisis management team.

Key Deliverables:

• Implement Danone's cybersecurity strategy in the Benelux.

• Maintain key-stakeholders network.

• Provide training and education for IT & Data colleagues and business teams.

• Monthly reporting on key metrics.

• Identify and address gaps in risks, quality, processes, and execution.

• Coordinate pen tests and vulnerability scans.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity and Compliance.

• Proficient communication skills for managing stakeholders at various levels.

• Capable of creating precise documentation, including policies, process descriptions, and flows, as well as user information.

• Possesses a creative mindset and a commitment to driving new and innovative ideas.

• Willingness to travel frequently between Danone sites in the Benelux.

• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
