Freelance Customer Communication Expert (ZZP)
The Customer Communication Expert Fresh Dairy & Plant-based Alternatives is responsible for all customer marketing and communication activities targeted at fresh dairy customers globally. He/she will promote the dsm-firmenich solutions and capabilities, including communication campaigns for industry exhibitions, digital campaigns and product launches with the ultimate goal to grow the business. The Customer Communication Expert Fresh Dairy is part of a larger global customer marketing team and works closely with the business management, the regional sales teams and strategic marketing. The Customer Communication Expert Fresh Dairy reports to the head of Dairy customer marketing.
Job description:
Works closely with the business managers and regional sales teams all over the world to develop and execute a global customer marketing and communication plan in line with business and sales objectives. The plan should include elements such as a clear overall positioning, marketing campaigns, product launches and consumer insights.
Is closely involved in the development of value propositions building on relevant customer insights.
Secures the implementation of marketing and communication campaigns and monitors progress, evaluates effectiveness and makes adjustments accordingly.
Works closely with regional marketing managers for local execution.
Displays in-depth understanding of marketing communication: Assesses current and future market developments and communication competitor developments and consumer behavior and translates this into useful and pragmatic sales tools.
Works closely with other communication experts and regional marketing managers within dsm-firmenich to exchange developments and best practices.
Develops and executes special marketing projects to support dsm-firmenich.

Focus Digital experience.
(Food) technology experience within dairy industry (so that you can understand the scientific background regarding content and topics)
Able to work within a complex matrix organization and experience with senior stakeholder management (business managers, innovation managers etc.) so you can level and challenge senior managers when needed.
