The Contracting Center of Excellence is a dedicated team focused on establishing and maintaining best practices, standards, and expertise related to the entire contract management lifecycle. The CoE serves as a centralized hub within the organization, dedicated to optimizing and streamlining contracting processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.


As part of this team, the Contract Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day contracting operations within the procurement teams. The role involves continuous process improvement, workflow optimization, and contract lifecycle follow-up. The Contract Lifecycle Manager works closely with various stakeholders, including legal, process excellence, and procurement teams, ensuring seamless legal operations. Additionally, the role includes quality assurance measures to review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle process, from creation to termination.

  • Act as supervisor of the Contract Specialist team, delegating tasks as needed.

  • Serve as the point of contact for escalated contract-related topics.

  • Support and train buyers on the contracting process and associated tools.

  • Coordinate contract approval processes, ensuring necessary signatures are obtained.

  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracting processes, actively implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and executive leadership.

  • Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, and related documents.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the contract management lifecycle.



Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international environment.

  • Proficiency in contract management tools and software (Zycus preferred).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
