Introduction to the job
As a Communication & Change Specialist, you will be part of the CHRO office team. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for communication & change management processes for the global HR&O organization.
Role and responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive change management and communication plans to support organizational initiatives and objectives.
Collaborate with (project) teams and senior leadership to assess change impacts, identify stakeholders, and tailor communication approaches accordingly.
Design and deliver engaging communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content to keep our target audiences (HR&O, managers and employees) informed and engaged.
Drive our HR&O community events, coordinate and facilitate information sessions, workshops, virtual calls, and town hall meetings .
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on the ASML’s People Strategy, HR&O calendar and consistency in our communication outings.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and change interventions through feedback mechanisms and metrics.
Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop contingency plans and communication strategies to mitigate risks.
Context of the position
This role offers a unique opportunity to build and contribute to the future of HR&O and the People Strategy of ASML.
This job will reside in the HR&O Strategy Office, in which you will report to the manager of the CHRO Office. Your main stakeholders will be the global communication & change experts within HR&O and Internal Communication, and the HR&O Strategy office management team, your CHRO Office colleagues, HR&O project managers as well as our target audiences: in HR&O, and all people managers and employees of ASML. You will participate in regional and global meetings, projects and continuous improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in change management, organizational communication, or related fields.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
Experience with building an internal virtual and global community.
Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or project management software.
