Freelance Business Developer (ZZP)
ABN AMRO’s objective is to be ‘a personal bank in a digital age’. As a Business Developer Hyper-Personalization within Grid Dialogue Orchestration, you contribute to defining, aligning and delivering our vision on the (hyper)personalization strategy of our owned and non-owned channels. By utilizing the capabilities of our teams, systems, and data to the fullest, you are the driving power behind our hyper-personalization strategy and support in the technical and data set-up.
You have a diverse stakeholder field and you work together with (lead) product owners, architects, IT lead and business developers both within the grid and grid overarching to define & execute the strategy.
Your job
You will support the grid both on a strategic and operational level. This means:
Identifying opportunities to serve the customer even better (more personal) and base them on up-to-date, broad domain knowledge of the market and new techniques.
Help defining and refining the strategy for hyper-personalization. Communicating this strategy with key stakeholders and ensure buy-in
Co-create, maintain and communicate the Hyper-Personalization program overall roadmap across grids and departments
Create business cases and value-driven proposals and bring them into the organization, using excellent communication skills to create support within a complex stakeholder field.
Coordinate execution together with the (lead) product owners, development teams, business developers, architects and IT lead

Get buy-in from senior management across the bank to deliver on the personalization and outreach value streams.
Set up ways of working across department on content capabilities and entry of new customer journey campaigns.
In control of our risks while pushing for a progressive digital ambition
Solid architectural foundation to build the future of consistent personalization across all (digital) channels.
Job requirements
Minimum 10 years strategic business or consulting experience
Proven experience in digital transformation consulting, ideally within the Personalisation and Conversational space
Extensive experience in value management, value consulting or value engineering
Extensive experience designing and leading complex large scale transformation programs with strong program management skills. Able to drive change across a large organization
Excellent presentation skills, advisory skills and knowledge of process management
A solid understanding of and experience in the fields of Data, AI and conversational
Excellent stakeholders management skills – also at senior level (up to CxO).
Team player that thrives working collaboratively and cross-functionally, particularly with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Customer Experience
Master degree level, Fluent in English, German is a plus
