Interim Business Controllers – Heineken Global Procurement (Packaging & Raw Materials)

Are you a driven financial professional ready to make a difference in a dynamic, international procurement environment?

Due to the relocation of finance activities to Poland, Heineken is seeking two Interim Business Controllers (1x Packaging, 1x Raw Materials) for the Global Procurement department until beginning of August. In this role, you will act as a strategic co-pilot for category and sourcing leaders and serve as a true sparring partner for the leadership team. You provide the sharp insights, in-depth analyses, and solid business cases necessary to optimize global performance. Within Global Business Control, you will directly influence value creation across various categories, translating data into strategic progress with a high degree of exposure. This challenging assignment at an iconic global player offers a hybrid working model based in Amsterdam (Schiphol Office) and a direct impact on Heineken’s global financial strategy.

• Profile: Academic (WO) level of thinking (conceptually strong) or a Bachelor’s (HBO) with extensive relevant experience.

• Expertise: Solid experience as a Business Controller within or closely with Procurement, preferably in a large, complex international corporate environment.  Experience within FMCG/Retail is seen as a big plus.

• Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to act as a connector; advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is preferred.
