Freelance Business Consultant (HR) (ZZP)

In this role you work on a specific project in the field of Leadership and Talent Development. 

• You are part of a multidisciplinary project team 

• One of the projects you are working on is the measurements of our leadership programmesYou are not only good at developing ideas and interventions, but also in the execution and in bringing them to life. 

• You are curious, know what you stand for and are always looking for how things can be done better.  

• You like to dive into the content and bring insights from outside the organization into your work.  

• You are a conceptual doer, a real team player, wanting to make a difference for the other person and the organization is in your nature!

You will develop a plan for how we can meassure our Leaderships programmes and implement the way of working before the end of the year

Relevant knowledge skills & competences:

• HBO work and thinking level 

• minimum of 5 years of working experience 

• Result driven 

• Analytical  

• Organisation sensitive 

• Teamplayer AND able to work independent, self starting  

• Strong project management skills  

• Consultancy skills in change 

• Strong communicator; you communicate clearly and openly, enthusiastically and socially 

• Can work in an environment with demanding deadlines  

• Experienced with powerpoint presentations and how to make a good stakeholder document 

• Stakeholder management: stands strong in a complex stakeholder field  

• Affinity and preferably experience with development or learning interventions 

• You master the English perfectly and the Dutch language very well in word and writing
