Freelance Business Analist (ZZP)
KPN invites a dedicated and skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you'll be at the heart of our Logfile Management initiatives, harnessing the power of the KPN Data Services Hub. We are looking for someone who is passionate about streaming data architectures and preferably has experience in the field of security, with a keen focus on Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). This position supports a product that operates on a 24/7 basis, ensuring maximum reliability and performance for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact point for customers, partners, and colleagues, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication channels.
• Assist Product Owner with Backlog management and planning as well as Scrum rituals.
• Develop high-level designs and solution proposals for Logfile Management, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
• Take ownership of and manage projects related to onboarding sources or customers, from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support to customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries, issues, and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services, processes, and documentation through feedback and proactive initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and customer relationship management roles.
• Strong understanding of streaming technologies, especially Kafka, and familiarity with data architecture concepts like Data Mesh.
• Proven experience in developing and refining operational processes within a DevOps framework.
• Familiarity with Logfile Management and/or Security (SOC-SIEM / XDR) is a plus.
• Exceptional teamwork and mentoring skills, embracing diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
• English and Dutch speaking is a MUST!
