We’re looking for a brand manager with min. 3-5 years (more is welcome) work experience and project management experience, who will be up and running quick the execution of activity calendars for the gum brands (Extra/Orbit, Hubba Bubba, Airwaves) in Benelux/ITR cluster. The role is open for 6 months with potential prolongation till 1 year. You will execute different projects related to communication, innovations and shop floor activations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social, and traditional media channels.

  • Oversee campaign timelines, coordinate with agencies and other functions and manage project details to ensure timely and effective execution.

  • Drive the day-to-day execution of brand activations, including in-store displays, POSMs, promotions, and events.

  • Collaborate with customer marketing and sales teams to ensure brand positioning and messaging are effectively communicated at retail and consumer touchpoints.

  • Coordinate the localization of the regional content to ensure this is aligned with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

  • Partner closely with the sales, customer marketing, activity and other functions to align on product launches, in-store promotions, and consumer communications.

Budget & Resource Management:


  • Manage the execution of marketing initiatives within budget constraints, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

  • Track and report on the budget for various marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial targets.

  • Manage POs, invoices and other administration within the scope



Requirements:


  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing execution, with a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and activations.

  • Experience working in FMCG is a must, food is an advantage

  • Strong executional skills with a proven ability to manage projects and campaigns from start to finish.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

  • SAP & Fiori, Ariba

  • Fluent in both Dutch & English is a must, French is a plus

  • "Fluent” in Excel, Power Point
